RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 14- day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an EXCHANGE.  THERE ARE NO MONEY REFUNDS.

We want your shopping experience at AMARNI FASHION to be the Greatest experience! We hope you love each item you receive; if not, We are here to help! Whether you need a different color, size, or item We will gladly help you with an exchange within 14 days of purchasing IF AVAILABLE. 

          There are No Cash Refunds.                                                                                                       

Return Information Eligibility

  • We accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received unworn, unwashed, Stain Free, Original Tags Attached, Original Receipt and Original Packaging.
  • AMARNI FASHION is Not Responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. PLEASE keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All Returned items must include a return invoice from Amarni Fashion or an Order packaging Slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned within that Please also include a invoice explaining the reason for return. If this is not filled out correctly, Your return may experience issues in Processing.
  • Damage, Defective, or Incorrect items must be reported within 7 Days of Delivery to be eligible for a return.
  • Bodysuits or Final Sale items May Not be Returned or Exchanged

DAMAGED ITEMS

If the item you receive is defective, damaged or the wrong item, PLEASE Contact Us Immediately within the 7 day period with you Name & Order Number So we could Send a Replacement   IF ELIGIBLE AND/OR AVAILABLE. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR CASH REFUNDS.
 
Items considered FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be Exchange:

  • Sale Items 

Returns are processed within 5-7 Business days of receiving your return.Not including weekends or holidays.

We Reserve The Right to solely define and limit, Refuse and/or Reject Returns from customers at any time.
